I was born on Nantucket Island, just off the coast of Massachusetts. Like many, I entered college with little certainty on what I wanted to study, but I knew I had a passion for archaeology and classics. When I started studying at Skidmore College in the Fall of 2021, I realized that I had found my home within both the Anthropology and Classics departments. A true turning point for my education was my introduction to travel seminars. Like many college students, I knew that I wanted to study abroad, but I could not decide where I wanted to go—so I didn’t choose. I have since visited both Italy and Greece, and I am scheduled to visit Guatemala in the Spring of 2025.
